Location: Maldon - Must be local to the area or a car driver

Pay Rate: -12.71 per hour + Holiday, Pension and Adecco Benefits

Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday: 7:30am - 2.00pm

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join our team in Maldon on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for immediate work in a supportive and structured production environment. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling and unboxing products
• Building keyboards, keypads, and audio pads
• Following set processes and instructions to assemble components accurately
• Preparing and checking finished items
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Working efficiently to meet production targets

Candidate Requirements

• No experience necessary - full training provided
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to follow instructions and work to set processes
• Comfortable working a consistent weekday schedule
• Good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
