Great Pay & Benefits

Shift Rates

• Early Shift: £15.18 per hour (including shift allowance)
• Late Shift: £17.48 per hour (including shift allowance)
• Day Shift: £14.02 per hour

Earning Potential

• Average annual earnings of £33,117 including shift premiums

Overtime Rate

• £18.70 per hour - Monday to Friday (first 2 hours)
• £21.03 per hour - After 2 hours and Saturdays
• £28.04 per hour - Sundays and Bank Holidays

Working Hours

Rotating Shift Pattern (39 Hours)

• Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:18
• Late Shift: 15:20 - 23:38

Overtime

Mandatory overtime during weekdays and weekends is required based on client needs for both shift patterns, with further voluntary overtime opportunities may be available.

What You''ll Be Doing

Your duties may include the following, depending on the area you are placed in :

• Assembling vehicle components
• Operating manufacturing tools and equipment safely
• Carrying out quality inspections
• Following production and safety procedures
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets

• Car stripping, parts removal, refurbishment, and vehicle rebuild operations

Important Physical Requirement

The role involves working on raised vehicle bodies and requires members to safely reach all designated manufacturing areas without the use of steps or platforms.

For the specific production areas currently recruiting, applications are invited from candidates between 5''1" and 6''1" (154cm - 185cm). This requirement is based solely on health and safety considerations within the working environment.
