Role Overview As an Assembly Operative, you will be a key player in our production process, ensuring that our products are assembled to the highest standards. This is a 24-month fixed-term contract running until November 2027, offering a consistent schedule of 36.5 hours per week. Responsibilities Assemble components and products following detailed work instructions. Operate air and battery-powered tools, including torque wrenches, to complete assembly tasks. Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure all output meets company standards. Always maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Proactively report any defects or production issues to the line leader. Work collaboratively to ensure daily production targets are consistently achieved. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment. Proven ability to read and interpret technical work instructions. Excellent hand-eye coordination and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to remain focused and efficient in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
