Exciting opportunity for an Assembly and Test Operative to join our manufacturing client in South Molton to support their quality and assembly team. Job Title: Assembly and Test Operative Job Type: Full Time; Temporary Ongoing Location: South Molton Hours: Mon - Thurs 8:00am - 4:45pm and Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm (can progress to rotating shifts) Pay: £12.87 per hour + Shift Allowance Rotating Shifts: Mon - Thurs 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Friday 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM (15% shift premium) Mon - Thurs 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM and Friday 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM (25% shift premium) About our client: This is a power management company doing business in more than 175 countries. About the Assembly and Test Operative role: The Assembly/Locking Technician will be responsible for the precise assembly and locking of aircraft components, ensuring compliance with strict aerospace standards and safety requirements. This role requires excellent hand skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work confidently with specialised tools in confined and challenging environments.
