Your New CompanyA leading high-tech manufacturing organisation in Belfast is seeking a number of Assembly and Test Technicians to join their growing production team. These positions offer immediate starts and the opportunity to work within a precision manufacturing environment, assembling and testing innovative products to the highest quality standards.Your New RoleAs an Assembly and Test Technician, you will be responsible for the precision assembly, inspection and testing of small, delicate components while working from detailed engineering drawings and work instructions. You will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured accurately and meet strict quality requirements.Key duties will include:Precision assembly of electro-mechanical componentsInspection and testing of finished productsFollowing detailed work instructions and proceduresMaintaining high levels of quality and accuracyRecording production and test data as requiredIdentifying and reporting faults or defectsSupporting continuous improvement activities within the production teamWhat You''ll Need to SucceedTo be considered for this opportunity, you should have:GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent)At least 2 years'' experience within a manufacturing or production environmentExperience in electronics, electro-mechanical or precision engineering manufacturing is desirableExcellent manual dexterity and attention to detailStrong communication skillsGood IT skillsThe ability to follow technical ..... full job details .....
