Assembly and Operations Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, family-run business based in Eccleshall.This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of a business, you''ll play a key part in supporting assembly, logistics, and office functions, helping ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.Key ResponsibilitiesElectronic and electro-mechanical assembly of small componentsBasic wiring, soldering, and testing of assembliesCarrying out quality checks with a high level of accuracySupporting goods in and goods out, including checking deliveries and preparing dispatchesAssisting with preparation of sales quotationsProcessing customer purchase ordersGeneral administration, including answering phones, filing, and responding to emailsProviding day-to-day support across production and office teams as requiredWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in electronic or electro-mechanical assembly Confident using hand tools and following instructions or technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and good manual dexterityComfortable with basic computer systems (email, order processing, etc.)A flexible, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support different areasReliable, organised, and proactive in approachWhat''s on OfferStable, full-time position within a growing businessFriendly and supportive working environmentVaried role with opportunities to develop new skillsNo weekend working Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent ..... full job details .....
