The company is committed to delivering high-quality products, excellent customer service and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on safety, quality and operational performance.RoleAs Group Team Leader Assembly and Despatch, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of the Assembly and Despatch teams. You will allocate workloads, monitor production and quality performance, manage dispatch activities and ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. Working closely with Production Management and other internal departments, you will drive productivity, maintain high standards of health and safety, support lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and coach and develop team members.
