Assembly & Operations Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, family-run business based in Eccleshall.

This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of a business, you''ll play a key part in supporting assembly, logistics, and office functions, helping ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.

Key Responsibilities

• Electronic and electro-mechanical assembly of small components
• Basic wiring, soldering, and testing of assemblies
• Carrying out quality checks with a high level of accuracy
• Supporting goods in and goods out, including checking deliveries and preparing dispatches
• Assisting with preparation of sales quotations
• Processing customer purchase orders
• General administration, including answering phones, filing, and responding to emails
• Providing day-to-day support across production and office teams as required

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in electronic or electro-mechanical assembly
• Confident using hand tools and following instructions or technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
• Comfortable with basic computer systems (email, order processing, etc.)
• A flexible, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support different areas
• Reliable, organised, and proactive in approach
