About the Role
We are recruiting for a full-time Assembly Operative in Sheerness, paying £12.71 per hour for a Monday to Friday pattern from 07:00 to 17:00. In this position, you will assemble components and finished products to a high standard, using hand tools for drilling, screwing, and related tasks. The role requires reading drawings and following technical instructions to complete work accurately. You will collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets. Assembly Operative

Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling components and products to a high standard

- Carrying out drilling and screwing as part of the build process
- Ability to read drawings and follow technical instructions
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an assembler or assembly operative role is beneficial
- Comfortable using hand tools and working in a practical environment
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and read drawings confidently
