Location: Maldon, Essex - (Outskirts)
Pay Rate: -12.21 per hour (-12.71 from 6th April)
Job Type: Temporary - Ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Important: Due to the location of the site, applicants must have their own transport and a valid driving licence.

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join a busy manufacturing site near Maldon. This is a temporary ongoing role, working within a fast-paced production environment, focusing on the assembly and finishing of products to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities of the Assembler

• Assembling products using hand tools and adhesives
• Gluing components accurately in line with specifications
• Following detailed instructions and production drawings
• Checking finished items to ensure quality standards are met
• Handling materials and components safely
• Supporting general production and factory duties as required
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Working Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am - 5:00pm
• -12.21 per hour (-12.71 from 6th April)

Requirements

• Valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (due to location)
• Previous assembly or manufacturing and production experience desirable but not essential
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
