Key Responsibilities Manufacturing and assembly of components to written work instructions Following basic wiring diagrams and inspection procedures Use of hand tools including side cutters, spanners, Allen keys and measuring equipment Measuring, cutting, stripping and soldering coloured cable Handling and assembling small, detailed components Masking and sandblasting components Ultrasonic cleaning and preparation of moulds and components Using vacuum systems to fill moulds with resin Detailed inspection work including checking for air bubbles, marks, inclusions, cracks, dents and scratches Writing concessions and marking up works orders where required Occasionally moving finished items (up to 10kg) down a stairw...
