Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Wood Assembler to join a busy manufacturing business based in Brierley Hill.
The Role

As a Wood Assembler, your duties will include:
Assembling wooden products and components
Working from drawings and measurements
Using hand tools and power tools
Cutting, drilling and preparing materials
Checking finished products for quality
Following production specifications
Working as part of a busy manufacturing team
Maintaining a clean and safe working area

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally have:

Previous experience in wood assembly, carpentry, joinery or a similar role
Good practical and manual skills
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to work from measurements and drawings
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous manufacturing or workshop experience
