Role: Assembler

Location: Stafford

Rate: -13 - -14/hour PAYE

Duration: 3 months +

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembly Technician to join a busy manufacturing team. Working from engineering drawings and work instructions, you will assemble and inspect complex products to meet quality, safety and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products to specification and quality standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
• Carry out inspections and quality checks throughout the build process.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and production goals.

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Mechanical or electrical assembly experience is advantageous.
