Holt Engineering are seeking for reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a growing team based near Bournemouth on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy practical work and take pride in producing high-quality products. You will be responsible for assembling components, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining production standards.The Assemblers duties will include: Assemble products and components according to technical drawings and instructionsUse hand tools and basic machinery safely and efficientlyPerform quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standardsMaintain a clean and organised work spaceFollow health and safety procedures at all timesWork collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targetsWhat you need for the Assemblers role: Previous assembly Experience within solderingGood attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to read and follow instructionsStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat you will receive as a Assemblers: Supportive and friendly working environmentOvertime opportunities (where applicable)On site parkingModern facilities The Assembler role is a permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday, Paying 12.71ph.
