Are you an experienced Assembler with a passion for precision engineering Join our dynamic team at Davall Gears, where you’ll play a vital role in the assembly and quality evaluation of complex gear boxes and sub-assemblies. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, strip, and evaluate complex gear boxes and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Operate laser marking equipment and ensure part marking is executed accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with multiple departments to maintain seamless workflow and communication.
• Conduct thorough testing of assembled gearboxes to ensure functionality and quality.
• Maintain compliance with AS9100 standards and identify any defective materials or assembly issues actively.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a similar role within an engineering environment.
• Proficiency with a variety of manual hand tools and conventional machine tools.
• Strong ability to read and comprehend complex engineering and assembly drawings.
• Experience with affixing electrical motors and basic wiring procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high quality in all aspects of work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
