Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work full time and learn new skills, with the potential to progress to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling small components for a manufacturing company in Winchester
- Ensuring all assembly tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of work within a fast-paced manufacturing facility
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Following all safety and quality protocols
Job Requirements:
- Experience in assembly or production
- Ability to work confidently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in manual dexterity tasks
