A Specialist Provision in Salisbury are looking for a patient, proactive and compassionate graduate to join their team as an SEMH Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will provide one-to-one support, assist in managing emotional well-being and help create a positive learning environment for students with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties. This is the perfect opportunity if you are a graduate looking to build your experience in the mental health/youth sector.  The students you will be supporting have a range of complex mental health difficulties, including struggles when regulating their own emotions, low self-esteem and attachment issues.
