Salary: £90 – £110 per day (depending on role)

GSL Education is seeking motivated Aspiring Teachers in Lincoln who are either graduates or currently studying at a university and looking to gain hands-on experience in schools.

This is a fantastic opportunity to explore a career in education while gaining paid experience in a variety of roles, such as Teaching Assistant, Exam Invigilator, Tutor, or Cover Supervisor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting students in lessons as a Teaching Assistant

• Supervising classes as a Cover Supervisor

• Assisting during exam periods as an Invigilator

• Providing 1:1 or small group support as a Tutor

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduates or university students interested in teaching

• A passion for working with young people

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive and flexible attitude

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
