The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.

• Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
• Work alongside teachers and specialist staff to deliver individualised support.
• Gain practical education and training relevant to psychology and other helping professions.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are considering a career in psychology, education, therapy, social care, or a related field. Previous experience is beneficial but is not essential - enthusiasm, patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support young people are what matter most.
