• Classroom experience across KS1 and/or KS2, working directly with pupils and supporting teachers.

• Mentorship and insight from experienced staff-ideal for those planning to apply for teacher training in 2026.

• A graduate (ideally in Education, English, Psychology, or a related subject).

• Any experience with children-whether from tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, or youth work.
