The SEN LSA opportunity in Crawley is focused on raising attainment with children aged 4-11. As a LSA, you will be working in classes of 5-8 students, with a staff to student ratio of 1:1 for some students.Great experience for an Aspiring Educational Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist, and gives you excellent grounding across several areas in social, advocacy, mental health, and special educational needs. This school offers restorative, therapeutic approaches to education and behaviour management.
