Subsequently they face many barriers in life and are more ''at risk'' of negative outcomes. With this Aspiring Child Counsellor/LSA role in Haywards Heath, you will be instrumental in providing consistency, and equipping children and young people with tools to ensure they feel safe, secure, empowered, and believe that they can succeed in life.This is a challenging Aspiring Child Counsellor/Learning Support Assistant role and any previous experience in a relevant field would be advantageous, but is not essential.
