We are currently seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Manager to take overall responsibility for the safety and operational performance of our asphalt plant in Billingham. Key Responsibilities Line management of on-site Plant Supervisors, providing leadership, support, and clear direction Full responsibility for budgets and PandL management, including cost control and financial performance Month-end PandL reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis Experience running projects, including planning, delivery, and performance monitoring Involvement in capital expenditure applications, justification, and delivery of approved projects Ensure all operations are run in line with HSEQ policies and guidance Strong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance, promoting a positive safety culture Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings, performance reviews, and development discussions Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to supervisory and operational teams Ensure production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently met Coordinate maintenance planning ..... full job details .....
