Our team is driven by integrity, commitment to excellence, and a passion for making a difference in the construction industry.We are currently seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Manager to take overall responsibility for the safety and operational performance of our asphalt plant in Billingham.Key ResponsibilitiesLine management of on-site Plant Supervisors, providing leadership, support, and clear directionFull responsibility for budgets and PandL management, including cost control and financial performanceMonth-end PandL reporting, forecasting, and variance analysisExperience running projects, including planning, delivery, and performance monitoringInvolvement in capital expenditure applications, justification, and delivery of approved projectsEnsure all operations are run in line with HSEQ policies and guidanceStrong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance, promoting a positive safety cultureConduct regular 1-to-1 meetings, performance reviews, and development discussionsProvide coaching, mentoring, and support to supervisory and operational teamsEnsure production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently metCoordinate maintenance planning to ensure plant ..... full job details .....
