This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious structural engineer at Associate Director level who is ready to take the next step in their career. The role offers the potential for future equity for the right individual.

As Associate Director you will work closely with the Directors and will play a strategic role in the business, leading project delivery, mentoring engineers, managing client relationships, and helping shape the future growth of the practice.

Requirements:

  • Chartered (MIStructE or MICE) or with significant relevant experience
  • Proven experience delivering a range of structural schemes across sectors
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach to team and client management
  • Commercially astute with the ability to contribute to business development and operational strategy
