You will be empathetic and inquisitive, and will harness these qualities to form a deep understanding of your customers; enabling you to craft highly personalised holidays to countries such as: Nepal, Fiji, Thailand, China, Sri Lanka, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos, French Polynesia, New Zealand, Maldives, Cambodia, Borneo, South Korea, Vietnam, India, BaliBasic Salary : £34,000 plus generous commission structure of £50,000 - £90,000 (first 7 months includes a commission top-up to ensure you earn minimum £47,000 pro rata while you''re adjusting to the change of employer (this figure is flexible, potentially higher, on a case by case basis)Candidate Requirements:Minimum of 4 years'' experience working in luxury tailor-made tour operations (you do not need to have previously specialised in this region)Interest in the Asia Pacific region and extensive knowledge obtained from personal travels to the regionYou value positive-impact, responsible, sustainable travelEmbrace diversity and eagerness to be part of a close supportive team of colleagues, including business partnersGood listener and empathetic communicator, in relation to colleagues and customers)Open-minded and keen to learnThrives solving problems and maintains calm under ..... full job details .....
