Air Source Heat Pump Installation Teams Required – Reading & Surrounding Areas

We are currently seeking experienced Air Source Heat Pump Installation Teams for an upcoming social housing contract across Reading and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent, long-term work on a 2-year contract, starting April 2026.

Roles Required (Teams of 3 Preferred):

• Lead Engineer

• Heating Engineer

• Labourer

We are ideally looking for established teams who can work efficiently together, though individual applicants may also be considered.

Location:

• Reading and surrounding areas

• Work will be based across multiple social housing sites

Contract Details:

• Duration: 2 years

• Start Date: April 2026

• Payment: Paid per installation (price per install to be agreed)

• Ongoing, high-volume work available for reliable teams

Requirements:

All team members must hold relevant and up-to-date certifications, including:

• F-Gas Certification (for applicable roles)

• CSCS Card

• Proven experience installing air source heat pump systems

• Strong understanding of heating systems within social housing environments

• Own tools and transport preferred
