ASHP Engineer (Retrofit)

Low Carbon Recruitment are currently working with an established Renewable Energy company based in Haverhill who are looking for a Heat Pump Installation Engineer (ASHP Retrofit) to join their team and deliver high quality Air Source Heat Pump installations across the South of England. They have been Established since 2018, have quickly become one of the largest installers of Renewables and Insulation across East Anglia with over 30 years experience in the energy efficiency industry. They are a family run business and as a company their work is based in the government funded ECO sector, delivering green energy solutions and measures for large utility companies from cavity wall insulation to loft insulation, solar PV, air source heat pumps and storage heaters. This role is ideal for a technically competent engineer with a strong interest in renewable heating systems. While prior heat pump installation experience is desirable, they will provide structured training and on-site technical support to ensure your success in this role. You will be responsible for managing installations from start to finish, while supporting junior engineers and apprentices. Key Responsibilities: Deliver retrofit ASHP installations, from first fix through to commissioning and handover.
