You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance, helping pupils access learning, develop communication skills and build confidence and independence throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with ASD. Support pupils with their learning, communication and social development. Help manage behaviour and support emotional regulation. Follow individual education plans and tailored support strategies. Create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment.
