ASD Teaching AssistantLocation: Binley, Coventry, CV3Pay Rate: 480 - 500 per week Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm (term-time only)Start Date: ASAPContract: Full-time, long-term, temp to perm Long Term Futures are seeking a passionate, caring and resilient SEN Teaching assistant who can provide 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil, with Autism and Behavioural Needs, in a welcoming primary school in Binley, Coventry. You will be supporting their engagement with learning, and positive behaviour development. This role is offered on a long-term basis with the potential to become permanent.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil with Autism and Behaviour NeedsSpotting signs of dysregulation and helping the child to manage their emotionsSupporting the pupil to access learning and integration.Developing a safe and trusting relationship with the pupil.Encouraging the pupil to build confidence in a comfortable and reassuring environment.
