This is a 1:1 support role working with pupils across Key Stage 2 who have a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) and ADHD. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider support team to provide consistent, individualised support, helping pupils access learning, manage their emotions and develop greater independence. The role is offered on a long-term basis, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
