Your Core Responsibilities:Create a calm, predictable, and low-arousal learning environment that minimises anxiety and sensory overload.Implement structured teaching approaches (e.g., TEACCH, PECS, or visual timetables) to support understanding and independence.Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions focused on social communication, emotional regulation, and life skills.Use tailored communication methods-including now-and-next boards, social stories, and emotion cards-to reduce frustration and build expressive confidence.Collaborate closely with speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and class teachers to embed EHCP targets into everyday activities.Observe and record pupil progress, noticing subtle shifts in engagement, mood, and interaction to inform future planning.Support safe transitions between activities, environments, and staff changes, ensuring consistency and reassurance throughout the day.What We Offer You:Attractive daily pay with holiday entitlement already calculated.Comprehensive CPD ..... full job details .....
