This is a fantastic opportunity for an ASD TA who wants to make a genuine difference to pupils'' educational journeys. You''ll provide tailored support that helps children develop confidence, independence and positive relationships while engaging with their learning.

As an ASD TA, you will:

• Provide focused one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with autism.
• Assist with personalised learning, behaviour and development plans.
• Support pupils with classroom activities and wider school routines.
• Encourage independence, confidence and positive social interaction.
• Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and other support staff.
• Help create a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal ASD TA will have:

• A caring, patient and understanding approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
• The ability to remain calm and adaptable in different situations.
• Previous experience working in a school or with pupils with autism is beneficial, but not essential.
