The successful ASD TA will work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ensuring they can access learning in a structured, supportive, and nurturing environment.

This role offers the chance to make a real difference in pupils'' daily school experience while developing your skills within a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted classroom and 1:1 support as an ASD TA
• Support pupils with autism to access learning activities
• Implement tailored learning and behaviour support strategies
• Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO as an ASD TA
• Encourage independence, confidence, and emotional regulation
