The successful ASD TA will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them access learning in a structured, nurturing, and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support as an ASD TA
• Support pupils with autism to engage in classroom learning
• Implement personalised learning and behaviour strategies
• Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO as an ASD TA
• Encourage independence, communication, and emotional regulation
