In this role, the ASD TA will support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them access the curriculum, build self-confidence, and thrive in a nurturing classroom setting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering tailored support as an ASD TA for pupils with additional needs
• Assisting with personalised learning and behaviour strategies
• Working collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO
• Encouraging independence, engagement, and emotional development
