A welcoming and inclusive Specialist School in West Berkshire is seeking a committed ASD Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with Autism and other additional needs within a structured, nurturing, and supportive school environment. As an ASD Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who may have a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, communication difficulties, sensory needs, learning difficulties, and SEMH needs. The successful ASD Support Assistant will work alongside experienced Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and specialist support staff who are passionate about providing every pupil with the individual support they need to succeed.
