You will work closely with pupils who require tailored support to access learning, develop communication and social skills, and build confidence and independence within a specialist school environment. Key Responsibilities: Working Full-time, 5 days a week Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with ASD and complex needs. Implement individualised support strategies in line with pupils EHCPs. Support communication, emotional regulation, behaviour and social development. Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, families and external professionals.
