      <description>Location: West Sussex | Salary: &amp;pound;25 - &amp;pound;30/hour Negotiable | Type: Contract | ASD Mentor          Support Autistic Learners Through Meaningful 1:1 Mentoring   We''re looking for an  ASD Mentor  to support children and young people across  West Sussex  through personalised 1:1 mentoring.  Working on behalf of  Local Authorities , you''ll support learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who require additional support to engage with education, develop confidence, build independence, and achieve positive outcomes. Many of the young people we work with benefit from consistent, relationship-led support from a trusted adult who understands their individual needs and strengths.  We''re particularly interested in mentors who can support learners in:   Crawley  Worthing  Horsham  Chichester  Bognor Regis  Littlehampton    Location:  West Sussex   Role:  ASD Mentor   Start Date:  September   Hours:  Flexible   Pay Rate:  -2530 per hour   Type:  1:1 Mentoring      Requirements    Minimum  2 years'' experience in an educational setting , including mentoring, teaching, tutoring, learning support, teaching assistant, youth work, or similar roles  Experience supporting children and young people with  ASD   Understanding of autism-friendly and relationship-based approach...</description>
