The successful candidate will work closely with students with ASD who may also present with associated needs such as speech and language difficulties, sensory processing needs, anxiety, or social and emotional challenges. About the Role As an ASD Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom. You will help create a structured, nurturing, and engaging environment where pupils feel safe, understood, and encouraged to achieve their full potential. You may provide support on a 1:1 basis or work with small groups of students, adapting learning activities to meet individual needs and using autism-friendly approaches to encourage participation and progress.
