Your Role

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Help students develop communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation skills.
• Support learning activities by adapting your approach to individual needs and learning styles.
• Establish consistent routines and use positive strategies to help students feel safe and settled.
• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement individual learning and support plans.

• Previous SEN or ASD experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Setting: SEN School
• Pay: -93110 per day
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-3:30 pm
• Contract: Full-time
• Start Date: ASAP
