Asbestos Technical Manager

Technical Manager Asbestos Consultancy Negotiable Salary + Benefits Bristol Hybrid Golden Fox Recruitment are partnered with a well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead on quality and technical compliance across the business. This is a senior appointment with genuine influence. Working closely with the Directors and wider teams, you ll help ensure technical standards remain high, accreditation requirements are met and the company s quality systems continue to develop alongside the business. The role would suit someone with a strong asbestos background who has progressed into technical management, UKAS, auditing and quality compliance. The Role You ll take responsibility for the company s Integrated Management System and wider technical compliance, including: Maintaining the systems and standards supporting UKAS accreditation Managing internal technical audits, inspections and compliance reviews Supporting external UKAS assessments and accreditation activity Monitoring technical performance and identifying areas for improvement Managing non-conformances and ensuring corrective actions are completed Maintaining technical procedures, policies and quality documentation Ensuring regulatory and industry changes are reflected in working practices Providing technical guidance and supporting staff competency and development Working with senior management to continually improve quality, safety, environmental and ..... full job details .....
