The successful candidate will undertake a balanced mix of surveying and analytical duties across a varied portfolio of commercial, industrial, public sector, and residential properties throughout Aberdeen and the surrounding region.THE ROLEAs an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering both asbestos surveying and analytical services to a high professional standard while ensuring full compliance with current HSE guidance and UKAS procedures.Working independently and alongside an experienced technical team, the Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst will manage a varied workload across multiple client sites while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConducting Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, reassurance testing, leak testing, and smoke testing in accordance with HSG248Producing accurate, detailed, and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reportsCollecting bulk samples and maintaining accurate site ..... full job details .....
