The roles involve conducting surveys and/or analytical work, collecting samples, assessing risks, and preparing detailed reports that outline findings and recommend actions for the safe management or removal of asbestos. All work must comply with local regulations and industry standards, with health and safety as the highest priority. Key ResponsibilitiesAsbestos Surveys & Inspections Conduct asbestos surveys (Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition) on a variety of properties. Inspect sites thoroughly to identify materials that may contain asbestos, such as insulation, flooring, ceiling tiles, pipe lagging, and roofing materials. Sample Collection, Testing & Analysis Collect samples of suspected asbestos-containing materials for laboratory analysis.
