This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work within a professional, quality-driven environment that prioritises safety, technical excellence, and career development.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of asbestos surveying and compliance services across commercial, industrial, and residential environments, ensuring all work is completed in line with current HSE legislation, UKAS standards, and internal quality procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesSurveying and Technical Delivery Conduct asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys across a variety of property types.Produce accurate survey reports, site plans, and supporting documentation within agreed timescales.Carry out quality checks on survey reports and rectify discrepancies where required.Maintain clear communication with clients before, during, and after surveys.Complete site-specific RAMS and identify any associated health and safety risks.Ensure all equipment and materials are prepared and maintained for safe project delivery.Interpret survey scopes and client requirements accurately to ensure successful project completion.Collect and return all relevant site and laboratory paperwork in a timely ..... full job details .....
