Working across commercial, industrial, and mixed-use environments, you''ll benefit from a varied workload and a stable, well-managed working environment.THE ROLEAs an Asbestos Surveyor, you will carry out asbestos surveys across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties throughout the Central Belt.Working independently and as part of an experienced team, you will deliver high-quality surveying services while ensuring full compliance with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 Conducting bulk asbestos sampling across a range of property types Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey reports Working across commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties Managing your own workload across multiple client sites Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS ..... full job details .....
