Asbestos Surveyor

The RoleWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join a growing environmental consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, delivering high-quality asbestos surveys in line with UK legislation and industry standards.You will play a key role in ensuring our clients remain compliant, safe, and well-informed through accurate inspections and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) asbestos surveysCarry out bulk sampling of suspected asbestos-containing materials (ACMs)Produce clear, accurate, and compliant survey reportsEnsure work aligns with HSG264 and all relevant regulationsCommunicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teamsMaintain high standards of health and safety on siteTravel to sites across the region as requiredAbout YouBOHS P402 qualified (essential)Minimum 1-2 years'' experience in asbestos surveyingStrong working knowledge of UK asbestos regulations and HSG264 guidanceExperience conducting both Management and RandD surveysExcellent attention to detail and report writing skillsGood communication and client-facing abilityFull UK driving licenceDesirable Additional BOHS modules (e.g. P403, P404)Experience working in commercial and industrial environmentsCSCS cardWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceCompany vehicle or car allowanceCompany pension schemeOngoing training and ..... full job details .....
