Asbestos Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join a growing environmental consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, delivering high-quality asbestos surveys in line with UK legislation and industry standards.

You will play a key role in ensuring our clients remain compliant, safe, and well-informed through accurate inspections and reporting.

• Conduct Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys
• Carry out bulk sampling of suspected asbestos-containing materials (ACMs)
• Produce clear, accurate, and compliant survey reports
• Ensure work aligns with HSG264 and all relevant regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Maintain high standards of health & safety on site
• Travel to sites across the region as required

• BOHS P402 qualified (essential)
• Minimum 1-2 years'' experience in asbestos surveying
• Strong working knowledge of UK asbestos regulations and HSG264 guidance
• Experience conducting both Management and R&D surveys
• Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills
• Good communication and client-facing ability
• Full UK driving licence

• Additional BOHS modules (e.g. P403, P404)
• Experience working in commercial and industrial environments
• CSCS card
