We are seeking a P402 Asbestos Surveyor to carry out a range of asbestos surveys in various properties. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in asbestos surveying, looking to contribute to a specialist company with a strong reputation in the field. Day-to-day of the role: Plan and conduct site visits for management, refurbishment, and demolition asbestos surveys in domestic, commercial, and industrial properties. Collect samples and accurately record findings to prepare clear, compliant survey reports. Interpret building plans and identify asbestos-containing materials. Ensure all work adheres to current legislation, guidance, and company procedures. Liaise with clients on-site, explaining findings as required.
