Location: Winchester, Hampshire (surrounding regional sites) Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: 32,000 - 45,000 base salary (exclusive of weekend working)OTE including weekends: 51,000About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Asbestos Surveyor to join a premier UK environmental compliance and specialist consultancy, operating primarily around the Winchester location. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, as well as Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial sites in strict accordance with HSG264 regulations and internal procedures.Gather on-site data and transport asbestos samples to UKAS-accredited partner laboratories.Generate technical asbestos survey reports and site drawings using electronic management software.Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, offering technical guidance and specialist advice.RequirementsBOHS P402 qualification (or recognized equivalent) is essential.Demonstrated background in asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, or industrial sectors.Full UK Driving Licence (required for travel across regional client sites).Strong dedication to quality control, high safety standards, and clear reporting.Package and BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary: 32,000 - 45,000 + weekend overtime potential (OTE up to 51,000).Company Vehicle: Dedicated company car or van provided (covering 10,000 business miles per annum).Health and Care: ..... full job details .....
